Green Chili Spice (Mirch Masala-e-Sabz) is a zesty, fiery blend centered on fresh green chilies, tempered with aromatic spices for a tangy, pungent kick in Pakistani and Indian side dishes.
Key Flavors
It offers sharp heat from green chilies (hari mirch), balanced by earthy cumin, tangy yogurt or amchoor, and warm notes from fennel, coriander, and turmeric.  Asafoetida and mustard seeds add a subtle pungency and nuttiness.

•Fresh green chilies (slit or chopped, mild to hot varieties)
•Cumin, fennel, mustard, and fenugreek seeds (tempering base)

Usage Tips
